There is no general funding pot for Odoo. Depending on the project, coaching, consulting, software, implementation, or financing can fit into different programs. The key factors are the goal, type of costs, and the timing of the application.
An Odoo project can contain components that are eligible for funding or financing. However, the program always supports a defined purpose – for example, participatory coaching, business consulting, or a digitalization investment project – and not simply the Odoo brand.

Conceptual business consulting
The BAFA program supports conceptual and individual consulting on economic, financial, personnel, and organizational issues. A neutral process or organizational consulting can therefore be relevant. However, the funding must not primarily serve the sale of one's own software or implementation services.
Location-dependent programs
Federal states and regional funding institutions offer their own digitization, innovation, or consulting programs. Funding rates, company sizes, minimum investments, and eligible costs vary significantly. Therefore, the federal funding database is a more sensible starting point than a static list that quickly becomes outdated.

Not every line is eligible for funding in every program. The separation makes a reliable review possible.
Important clarification of terms
Many search results lead to KfW products. There, ERP does not stand for Enterprise Resource Planning, but for European Recovery Program. The KfW ERP funding loan for digitization can still be relevant for an ERP software project – but because of its funding purpose, not because of the name similarity.
