Connect Shopware and Odoo for E-Commerce
The Odoo Shopware connector can connect Shopware and Odoo around your agreed e-commerce workflows. Depending on your configuration, selected customer, order, product, inventory and shipping data can be transferred between the systems. The data fields, direction and timing are defined for each project.
Example data flows
- Customer data: Selected customer data can be transferred from Shopware to Odoo for the agreed workflow. Matching rules for existing records are defined during setup.
- Orders: Shopware orders can be transferred to Odoo for order processing. The included order fields and transfer timing depend on the agreed configuration.
- Shipping status: Where included in the project scope, shipment status from Odoo can be sent to Shopware after fulfilment.
- Tracking details: Tracking information can be transferred to Shopware where the relevant carrier and workflow are supported and included in the agreed scope.
- Inventory: Stock values can be exchanged according to the agreed source of truth, locations and transfer frequency.
- Products: Product information can be transferred from Odoo to Shopware for the agreed fields and product types.
