Odoo Plentymarkets Connector: Your All-in-One Solution for E-Commerce Integration

The Odoo PlentyMarkets connector links your ERP with your multichannel commerce setup. It supports the exchange of agreed product, order, stock, and shipping data between the connected systems. The direction and timing of data transfers, as well as the handling of exceptions, are defined for each process.

This allows your team to coordinate operational workflows in Odoo while continuing to use PlentyMarkets for connected sales channels. The key is not a one-size-fits-all feature list, but a clearly defined interaction between data sources, field mappings, and process rules.

Which data flows can be supported?

Orders

Marketplace orders can be transferred to Odoo for further processing. Record matching and the handling of incomplete data are agreed in advance.

Products and stock

Product information can be transferred according to the agreed field mapping. Stock changes are handled within the defined workflows.

Shipping and tracking

Where included in the agreed scope, shipping statuses and tracking information can be returned to the relevant commerce process.

The direction and frequency of transfers, as well as the supported fields, depend on the connector configuration and the accounts involved. Real-time synchronisation or support for every special case is therefore not promised as a blanket feature.

Marketplaces, shops, and other sales channels

PlentyMarkets brings together a range of sales channels. The previous 4EGrowth page listed, among others, the following names:

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • OTTO
  • Zalando
  • Etsy
  • Bol.com
  • Metro
  • Cdiscount
  • Galaxus
  • ManoMano
  • Conrad
  • Völkner
  • Allegro
  • Wayfair
  • Google Shopping
  • Idealo
  • Check24
  • Fruugo
  • Fnac
  • Ricardo
  • Rebuy
  • Back Market
  • Shopify
  • Magento
  • Shopware
  • WooCommerce
  • Groupon

This list is not a blanket guarantee that every channel, data field, or operation is supported in every installation. We check the channels relevant to your project against the current connector version and your PlentyMarkets setup.

Planning to test a new marketplace?
If the channel and required operations are available in your setup, the connector may help integrate that additional sales channel into your existing workflows. We clarify the required steps before implementation.

What changes in day-to-day operations?

  • Order information is processed in the ERP according to the agreed rules.
  • Product and stock data can be considered as part of the connected workflows instead of being managed separately for each process.
  • Field mappings and process boundaries are clarified in advance, rather than only becoming visible after a failed transfer.
  • A new channel can be assessed against your specific requirements before commissioning a separate custom integration.

The benefits depend on which workflows are currently maintained manually or across several systems, and which of them are actually included in the integration scope.

Setup: mappings, rules, and error handling

Before the connector goes live, the data source and destination, field mappings, identifiers, and update rules are agreed. This also includes deciding what happens when data is duplicated, missing, or cannot be matched unambiguously. Tests with representative records help verify the agreed workflows before operation.

The mention of a marketplace alone does not mean that every process step is covered. We therefore check supported operations, limitations, and any required adjustments against your PlentyMarkets configuration and the current connector version.

Connector or one-off migration?

The connector is intended for ongoing data exchange between Odoo and PlentyMarkets. If you want to transfer data from PlentyMarkets to Odoo once, that is a separate migration project. Its scope, data volume, and mapping are agreed independently.

More information is available on our PlentyMarkets-to-Odoo migration page (in German).

Frequently asked questions about the Odoo PlentyMarkets connector

Which data is transferred between Odoo and PlentyMarkets?

Depending on the agreed scope, product data, orders, stock, and shipping or tracking information can be exchanged. The applicable fields and data directions are defined during setup.

Does the connector support every PlentyMarkets channel?

Availability depends on the connector version, your PlentyMarkets account, and the operation you need. We check the specific channels and workflows before implementation.

Can I use it to migrate PlentyMarkets data to Odoo once?

A one-off migration is different from ongoing connector operation. It has a separate scope covering the data types and volumes to be transferred.

Next step

Let’s discuss your Odoo–PlentyMarkets integration.

Tell us about your sales channels, data flows, and process steps. We can then clarify what your setup can support and what scope makes sense.

Discuss your integration

  • Amazon
  • eBay
  • OTTO
  • Zalando
  • Etsy
  • Bol.com
  • Metro
  • Cdiscount
  • Galaxus
  • ManoMano
  • Conrad
  • Völkner
  • Allegro
  • Wayfair
  • Google Shopping
  • Idealo
  • Check24
  • Fruugo
  • Fnac
  • Ricardo
  • Rebuy
  • Back Market
  • Shopify
  • Magento
  • Shopware
  • WooCommerce
  • Groupon
